If you mean – are you allowed to advertise domain names that you own that you want to sell on more than one “domain for sale” site. The answer is yes.
If you mean – can you sell unregistered domain names. Yes if you become a domain name reseller or if you become a ICANN approved registrar.
If you mean – can you sell subdomains of your domain name. e.g. you own tent.com and you want to sell dome.tent.com or canvas.tent.com. The answer is yes
