Can I Use Copyrite Names In My Domain Name?

I would like to incorporate the word “botox” in a domain name, but see that the word appears to be copyrited. Would there be a problem with using “botox” as part of my domain name?

As the owner of the name, they can petition internic to transfer the name to them.

You may face a problem if there is a trademark

    Names can’t be copyrighted.
    They can be trademarked.
If botox is trademarked (and I would guess that it is) then any domains containing it would be subject to your domain registrar’s dispute policy.
    You would surely lose.
In fact, I would expect the trademark holder of such a valuable trademark has an attorney who uses an automated program to check all new registrations, and quickly send out a cease and desist letter to you.
