How Is .biz Used In The Context Of Domain Names?

can someone explain the usage of the suffix .biz (versus .net or .com) when coming up with a domain name? I’m finding many of the domain names I like are taken with the suffix .com, but they’re available with .net or .biz….

    It’s just another extension. The only problem with a .biz is that people are used to the .com. You’ll have to make sure your customers are aware of the right ending for your domain name.
