Not sure why you want the name 7th street? Is this where you live or do business? Not generally a good idea to lock yourself into a name location such as this. You may move or you may just decide to do everything online where a location name is just not necessary.
There are still catchy names available that would be better for a dot com selling, totes, bows etc. Especially if you are intending to sell online. The internet spiders (searchers) will look for words associated with a particular product you are selling, and if it is part of your .com you will produce better results or HITS to your site.
Search engines look first at the domain name and then at the meta tags (descriptive words and title) when someone is searching for something in particular.
So go play the word game and find something that is more appropriate to actually sell your item.

use .net or .biz or any of the other dot endings.

An often overlooked solution for this is the use of a sub-domain name. As an example if the name totes.com was available, you could register that domain name and then when you are setting up your files on the hosting server, you can create the sub domain name “7th_Street”. In your advertising, your link name will appear as 7th_Street.totes.com.
You may even consider the use of characters like an underscore (_) or a dash (-) in the registering the primary domain name. Example: 7th_street.com or 7th-street.com

You know that there are more domains than .com. Try some others and see if it takes.
    Good luck.
