What im asking is not for a file uploader that uploades files and gives you a download link, but an actual “free” web hosting service that allows at least 1gb of storage and at least a file upload size of 100mb per file, because i know 150mb might be a little too much to ask for.
Is There A Web Hosting Site That Allows Files Of 150mb To Be Uploaded To A File Manager(not A File Upload)?

Hi zank the tank,
Honestly, free web hosting service generally does not offer that 1GB disk storage and file size of 100MB per file. That’s too much for them to offer to free users.
You might want to re-assess your needs. If you really need that facilities, the only solution is a paid web host.
Hope that helps.

I went in search of another good free hosting service with a good amount of space. ASTAHOST is one of two providers I came to settle with. They offer up to 150MB of webspace, completely free of charge. All they ask of you is that you post good quality posts in their forums. After 10 good posts, you request your free webspace, and if approved you receive a free 20MB account. Post an additional 50 good posts, request the upgrade, and if approved your account will be upgraded to 150MB of space. This free host is fantastic, offering unlimited email addresses with the upgraded account, 2GB of bandwidth per month plus more. You can even choose your own subdomain, or .com domain!I have personally joined with them, and after posting 10 good posts in the forums, have received my free 20MB account. I plan on posting more and hopefully receiving the upgrade to 150MB. They also do require that you keep active on their boards, so if you are not prepared to stay a part of a community then maybe this host isn’t a good option for you… but it is a small price to pay for such great free hosting.
chautauquahd.com offers the upload of over 150 mb I think but I don’t think they have any free service, my brother used them once and he was pleased. He had a thing were he could drag and drop any file and it would upload.
filefront.com is the perfect website
you can store unlimited amounts of files, and each file must be less than 1gb, so it fits ur needs =)
