I have developed a product and will soon be marketing it. I have already filed the application to register the name as a trademark for the company. However, the name is registered as a domain name that is not currently and has not been used by the current owner since it was acquired 9 years ago. What protection does he have and what rights do i have to take the product to market?

2 Domain Names, Same Server, Same Dns Hosting Service, Why Can I Only See One?
November 15th, 2009My company just switched dns servers to zoneedit.com. We have two websites that run on the same server (same IP.) We only switched our DNS providers, we did not switch the IP of the server. 1 day after the switch, multiple servers around the world could ping and visit both servers and whois queries returned the new server host info. Now, no one in the world can see ONE of the domain names, but everyone can see the other one! Can anyone tell me why this might be, and maybe how we might go about rectifying the problem?
