I’ve always bought domain names from the same site that hosts my site. But if I buy a domain from godaddy.com, how would I make it go to my website thats hosted on another site? Can you do it from the godaddy website? I just want to know if its complicated or not.

February 9th, 2010Can I Point 2 Domain Names To The Same Hosting Service That I Have?
January 18th, 2010Ok this might be a dumb one – but bear with me.
I have bought a domain name (A). I have a hosting service that I have bought from digitalspace (B). A points to B, works great.
Now B has a lot of space that I want to use for other domain names (both bought and free sub domains)
Now how do I get a free subdomain (say helpme.110mb.com) to point to “my” digitalspace server?
I am lost, not sure if it can be done, and if yes, how?

Can I Point Two Domain Names To The Same Dns Name Server?
September 6th, 2009I have 2 domain names that I want to point to the same web host. I have 1 of them pointed to the DNS name server and it is working. The other is pointed to the same DNS name server but it gives me a 404 error: The page cannot be found. It’s been over 12 hours since I set the DNS name server on that domain name.
It seems like this should work. Does something about the Internet (or maybe my web host) not allow this?
