What Is The Best (& Least Expensive) Tomcat Enabled Web Hosting Provider?

1. Tomcat (w/ access to Manager for uploading .war files)
2. MySql
3. bulk FTP capabilities
4. less than $20/month
Space, email addresses and extra domain names not important. Tomcat & MySql (or Postgres) are essential. Being able to restart the Tomcat JVM? Priceless.

Can We Sue Simonweb (web Hosting Provider) For Taking Our Money But Not Providing Uptime Or Support?
January 2nd, 2010Simonweb has had what I would guess is about a 60% uptime on our website hosted with them. They no longer answer support emails, we cannot cancel our membership through our settings, and they continue to charge us every month. We have our honeymoon registry and a business portfolio on this site, so besides the money they’re taking every month for almost nothing, we’re losing money when the site is not up. I’ve found other people complaining about the same thing online. We’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. Can we sue?
