I am looking to build a network of sites with one parent site and 2 to 4 sub sites for a network of businesses. I will need to play sound clips and would like to have the ability to have a visitor fill out and submit forms. It would also be great if I could have an avatar that talks. So, as you can see, I’m looking for more that a simple personal site. I’m also looking for the best software to build these sites.
